You can download invoices from your account settings. This is the best place to find billing records for bookkeeping, expense reports, procurement documentation, or internal accounting.
Tip: Invoice history is usually located under Subscription & Billing on your account page.
Step-by-step
- In the top-right corner of the site, click the round profile circle.
- Click My account.
- Scroll down to Subscription & Billing.
- Look for the Payment History section.
- Find the invoice you want to access.
- Click the option to download the invoice.
Shortcut: You can also go directly to your account page at /account .
What invoices are useful for
Downloaded invoices are commonly used for monthly bookkeeping, reimbursements, internal finance records, tax documentation, or procurement review. Keeping a local copy can also be useful if your team needs to share billing records with someone outside the account owner.
- Accounting and bookkeeping
- Expense reports and reimbursements
- Company finance records
- Procurement or vendor documentation
If you don’t see an invoice
If you do not see the invoice you expect, make sure you are signed into the correct account and check whether the billing event has already completed successfully. In some cases, invoice history may only appear after a payment has been fully processed.
Note: If your billing is managed through a company or enterprise plan, invoice access may depend on the permissions assigned to your account.
