If you need to transfer a paid BackgroundErase subscription to a different email address, our support team can help. We’ll first confirm ownership of the account, then transfer the subscription over to the new email.
Note: Subscription transfers are handled by support to keep your account secure and prevent unauthorized changes.
How to request a transfer
- Go to backgrounderase.com/help/contact .
- In the dropdown, select Transfer subscription to a new email.
- Submit the form with:
- Your current account email
- The new email you want to transfer to
- We’ll confirm ownership of the account by verifying billing details or sending a confirmation email.
- After confirmation, we’ll transfer the subscription to the new email and let you know when it’s complete.
